As many of you know, I have been deciding whether or not to go to China next Spring. It is a Study Abroad program through BYU that focuses on dance. As I have been learning more about the opportunity, I have had the privilege of having a friend come stay at our apartment for the last week and a half who is from Beijing. One night, she invited me to go with some of her friends to buy and make authentic Chinese food. It was way fun and a whole new experience! It took lots of practice to fold and make the perfect won-tons and dumplings, it is quite an art. I have whole new appreciation for Chinese food!

My sister, Kim, went to China to teach English. Different than dance, but I'm sure she'd be happy to talk to you about her experience there if you'd like. I know she loved it!
Cool. I remember you telling me about the opportunity but how fun to get a "taste" for what it would be like. We LOVE chinese food, so we support any and all China endeavors. Plus, it has such a unique culture there that seems SO different than the average out-of-country experience. Good luck making the decision! It's another M - MOVE! :)
